The Purbani Group's core business interest lies in garments, and the group has successfully diversified its area of operation and has under its umbrella a 100% export-oriented knit garments factory complete with its own backward linkage facilities-a system that furnishes the production process with high quality spinning, yarn dyeing, knitting, knit-dyeing and finishing facilities.

Among its other functions, Purbani Group also has its own fish processing and exporting unit, and has investments in various banking and financial operations. All in all, the net turnover of the companies under the mantle of the Purbani is worth in excess of US$ 50 million annually and total investment is over US$ 40 million.
