This unit is situated on the north western corner of
Dhaka in Gazipur and involved in yarn dyeing. This was
developed not only to feed the requirement of Purbani
Fabrics Ltd but also the requirement of other
manufacturers.
Equipment &
Capacity:
The European yarn dyeing machinery in the factory are
one of the best in the industry, and feature SSM
precision winding machines (Swiss origin), Scholl dyeing
machines (Swiss origin) and Strayfield RF dryer (UK
origin). The unit has a daily capacity of 8 tons.
All dyes and chemicals used for dyeing are of Swiss
origin and are Azo-free and Oeko-tex standard.
All water used in dyeing is pre-treated and tested.
Currently effluent treatment plant is being set-up.
